Good Tuesday morning. Final Reminder on Tonight’s Deadline.

We don’t want to pester you, but you’re getting this e-mail either because you filed using ElectaFile or are an avid reader of this newsletter. We promise this is our last reminder for this Reporting Deadline…

Today is the deadline for the 1Q Plus Report that must be filed on paper before 5 PM or electronically by 11:59 PM EST Today. Time stamps matter!

This is the final Reminder we will send (because we don’t want to be obnoxious).

Many of you have already filed…great! If you’ve already filed electronically or on paper, take a pause and make sure that you have sent in your signature. Missing the signature is the easiest way to get dinged on fines. That would be a bummer. Take Stock on Your Signatures!

If you have not filed yet, we urge you to go ahead and file. Even if you’re still assembling data. Better to file and amend than to miss the deadline. It is easier for your future self to go ahead and file.
